DealersOrbit Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all DealersOrbit products including
OrbitAds and OrbitView.
What we collect
- Authentication tokens — stored locally in your browser
to keep you signed in
- Vehicle listing data — scraped from dealership websites
you visit, used to generate ads
- API credentials — your ElevenLabs Voice ID and HeyGen
Avatar ID, stored locally in your browser
- Website content — vehicle photos and details from
dealership inventory pages you browse while using OrbitAds
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your name, address, or personal identification
- We do not collect financial or payment information
- We do not collect your browsing history outside of dealership
inventory pages
- We do not track mouse movements, keystrokes, or user activity
- We do not collect personal communications
How we use your data
- Vehicle data is used solely to generate video ads and Facebook
Marketplace listings for your own use
- Authentication tokens are used to verify your identity with
DealersOrbit servers
- Generated videos are stored in your personal AWS S3 storage
and are accessible only to you
Third-party services
OrbitAds integrates with the following third-party services
under your own accounts:
- Anthropic Claude API — photo classification and script generation
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis using your cloned voice
- HeyGen — avatar video generation
- Shotstack — video assembly and rendering
- AWS S3 — video and photo storage
Each service's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.
Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising, credit determination,
or any purpose unrelated to generating vehicle ads.
Data retention
Local browser data (tokens, queue, settings) is stored only on
your device and can be cleared at any time by signing out or
uninstalling the extension. Server-side listing history is retained
for up to 20 listings per user on the free plan.
